The Sci Fi Alphabet
I am procrastinating. I have three possible chapters to write next and can't make up my mind which one to do first. So I've done none of them.
Instead, I've decided to address an appalling gap the education system. Behold... The Sci Fi Alphabet A is for Android and Isaac’s three laws B is for Buffy, kick butt is her cause C is for Cleo in Twenty Five Twenty D is for Doomsday of which SF has plenty E is Events of the type called horizon F is for Firefly, which sadly is bygone G is for Gorgons, whose poetry sings H is for Hobbit, and Lord of the Rings I is Invasion by creatures with talons J is for Jennifer—who else—but Fallon? K is for Klingon, what else can I say? L is for Light Speed, it’s faster that way M is for Moya and Muppets in space N is for Night Stalker. Kolchak was ace! O is for Overlord, evil or other P is for Projects of one type or another Q is for ‘Q’ the cool dude in Star Trek R is for Roswell — have you ordered yours yet? S is for Sam and his cute brother, Dean T is for all those Time Travel machines U is for Universal Translators V is for shows about alien haters W is Wormhole, that great plot device X is for X-Files, take Mulder’s advice Y is for Yaw, a term used in flying Z is for Zat gun, shoot twice for dying

I'm afraid I have a few problems with your list Ms Fallon.
Hobbits and Buffy - not Sci-Fi. You refer to Star Trek without the appropriate designation ("Original" or "Next Generation"). Does your reference to Q reveal a bias to the later series? Perhaps to restore the appropriate balance you should include T for Tribbles. :)
Rofl! That is great, but you get back and write all three of those chapters Jen, I need more to read asap! Yes, I do realise the second one hasn't even been published yet, but you know me well enough to know I don't consider that a valid excuse *winks*
ROFL! that was fun! I'm pondering printing it up and sticking it on my wall....
Hello Jenny,
I'm checking out your site for the first time. I loved the Second Sons trilogy and am planning one getting all your books that are currently available here in the states. The alphabet is fab. Do you mind if I post it on MySpace? I will, of course, give you your much deserved credit. If you say no, I will honor your wishes. I do have a question. What does ROFL mean?
Deborah, if you liked Second Sons wait til you get hold of Jenny's new one, The Tide Lords series. Rofl stands for Rolling On The Floor Laughing.
Hi Deborah
Provided you put a link back to my site, you may post it at your leisure:)
Hello! I can do that. Thanks!
